This is the duration format used for vitamin and supplement questions defined in the codebooks for the NCI versions of the DHQ. You may modify or add formats by editing the Questionnaire Data Dictionary.

Duration Format:
0 = Less than 1 year
1 = 1-4 years
2 = 5-9 years
3 = 10 or more years
