the HHHQ (Health Habits and History Questionnaire).
The Diet History Questionnaire (DHQ) is a newly developed food frequency questionnaire being
distributed by the NCI. Go to the Diet History Questionnaire Web site for more
information about the DHQ and the DietCalc software used to analyze it.
