Laurel Borowski
Laurel Borowski, MPH is a Cancer Research Training Award Fellow in the Outcomes
Research Branch of the Applied Research Program. Laurel holds an MPH in Epidemiology from
Ohio State University. Her research has focused on development, implementation, and
evaluation of cancer prevention and cancer screening initiatives in the underserved
populations of the Appalachian region. While at NCI, Laurel will be working with the
Outcomes Research Branch to research patient-centered communication and quality of life of
cancer patients and survivors.
