Tommie McKoy

Tommie McKoy is a Program Specialist. Prior to joining ARP, Tommie was a Division of Extramural Activities Support (DEAS) Supervisory Extramural Support Program Specialist with the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA). During that time, he supervised a staff that supported NIAAA's Contracts, Grants, Program and Review business areas. Prior to his supervisory duties, Mr. McKoy spent the majority of his government career in NIAAA's Review Branch as an Extramural Support Assistant. Before entering government service, he enjoyed a 14-year management career in the private sector where he held a vast number of management positions that included Industrial Engineer, Warehouse Distribution Manager and Senior Logistics Manager. Mr. McKoy received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Systems from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University located in Greensboro, North Carolina.
